Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as possible. Though a substitute rider may be
found, depending on timing, they have insufficient notice to achieve the
minimum fundraising target. If you choose to cancel, it is hoped that you
will continue to solicit donations on behalf of Tour For Kids.
Registration Fees
Registration Fees are non-refundable, however, provided you cancel on or
before July1, your payment will be converted to a donation and a tax receipt
will be issued.
Fundraising Obligation
Cancellation will release you from your fundraising obligation,
however, any donations submitted will not be returned.
